Bob Kennedy's 1500m PR - 3:38.2
True seems like a Kennedy type runner to me. Doesn't have the wheels (though better than Kennedy's I think), but possesses a great engine.
His 1500m PR is better than Kennedy's now who ran 7:30 & 12:58. This could be a breakout year for True. It is important for him to establish himself heading into the next cycle of championships.
Being a fellow New England guy, I am rooting for him.

Not secrecy. Just don't brag about workouts. And in True's defense, it wasn't his tweet. Run the time in a race that counts. (I hope he does!)
My only question is where did he run the 3:37? I hope it was in Europe...

It wasn't a workout, it was a time trial. Do try to keep up.

Like previously said, it wasn't a workout, it was a time trial, and why does he have to keep it secret? Rupp doesn't keep his time trials secret, the only difference is he does them in races...
