Haven't ran since Sophomore year of HS. 17:30 5k. 20 years old.
Running in a 5k in 12 days, 19 days and a 33 days.
I ran the last couple days 3-4 miles at 6:40 pace. I was wondering what I should do leading up to these races or if I should keep doing the same.
I wouldn't mind running a decent time for an out of shape slacker.
P.S. Whats a predicted time?
