Hello, I run in college and this summer i've been working really hard to be prepared for workouts when we go back to school. A few days ago, I think i strained my groin, i'd be able to complete my workout but I wouldn't be able to walk afterwards so I took the week off and stretched/iced/ went to the pool. This happened tuesday and today (monday) I feel pretty good, my groin is just a little tight somewhat. I ran today and it really didn't hurt to whereas before. Does anyone have any input/help/tips for what i should maybe do? Thanks!
