does anyone know if bob schul is still selling his training manual? from what i can tell, he never published it and chose instead to sell it personally to people, but his website seems like it hasn't been updated in a while so I am unsure if he is still selling them. would anybody here sell me theirs?
alternatively, if anyone knows an e-mail address that he checks or some other way to get in touch with him, I would appreciate it.
