I'd say my stomach is able to handle quit a bit of food prior to a run but yesterday I think I might've taken it a bit too far. Decided to have 2 sandwiches, a small bowl of oatmeal a few nectarines, and a cup and a half of yogurt 30 minutes before heading out. Bad idea...lasted only about 5 miles and nearly had some 'oral leakage' multiple times. So how much have you guys been able to put in before a run? Was it successful or just a flat out horrible experience like mine was?
