Help predict my 5k time...
After a quick strength training workout i hit the treadmill for a 3xMile workout. Just wanted to get a feel for 5k pace again since i have a local road race on Saturday and haven't raced one in 6 months.
1.5% Incline
1 Mile @ 5:00, 5 min jog rec, 2 Miles @ 10:00. Felt pretty good so i kept going. Only felt like i was pushing the last half mile. Form stayed strong. And, yes, i was relaxed. Ran in my 5 oz road flats.
I'm a 800/1500 guy who is in 51, 1:55, 4:05 (1500) shape. But i haven't done much aerobic work in forever.
What do you think?
