LOL at me for asking this question on a running site. Pretty much 50% of my college team had eating disorders. Anywho, I have been trying to lean out lately. I am currently 164 lbs at 6'0". That's not even close to how tiny I was in college, but I have more muscle now. I'm 31. So, I have been getting really vascular (like, you can see the same vein going from my wrist, through the forearm, up the bicep and through the armpit. You can follow the whole vein. Well, anyway, I was doing bicep curls yesterday and the part of the vein between my forearm and bicep felt like it was curling up or folding up on itself. I could feel it squish. It freaked me out a lot. Am I getting way too thin? I tested at 10% bodyfat recently but I want to get down to 7 %.
