M 38, current PRs:
5K: 18:50s (2012)
10k: 39 flat (2012)
half: 1:26 (2012)
mara:3:01 (2012)
(didn't race that much last year, only Boston, where I crashed the second half and finished in 3:10+)
I was thinking of setting goals for my 40th birthday (October 2015), something like:
5K: around 17
10k: around 36
half: around 1:20
mara: around 2:50
which one seems the most realistic or are all pipe dreams?
