Do you think it is bad to do leg strength training in the gym before a run workout?
It works out best for my schedule that I can get to the gym in the mornings (6am) and then do my run workout around 11:30am.
I don't feel like the strength training compromises the run workout, because I don't feel any DOMS or tightness until that night or the following day (if at all). Unless there is more happening under the covers that I am not aware of that is impacting the run workout 5 hours after the leg workout.
