400 (split): 53.6
800: 2:05
1500: 4:19
3000(indoor): 9:33
3k Steeple: 10:31
5000: 16:37
Which ones are the better ones and what can I do to improve the ones that are on the lower end of the scale?
I just started my summer training, will get about 35-40 miles this week. Plan on working up to 70+
