I do, likely better than you do. I know that muscles don't work in a vacuum. I know that if you're doing mega miles, your muscle composition won't change that much and that any A/B fibers will still convert to slow twitch. I know that to neglect fast twitch muscles is not necessarily to enhance slow twitch ones. I know that enhancing fast twitch muscles doesn't necessarily inhibit slow twitch ones. I know the best marathoners in the world are 10k runners converting up, not ultra runners converting down. And I know I could go on, but I think most people reading this thread have been pretty well convinced that you're wrong.
When they're actually trained, something you were obviously too lazy to do, or you would have picked up that extra minute and change needed to get the OT standard.
