If so he just lost my respect. I mean, Mo is a sitter by any definition but at least he doenst roar out senseless steam before every race like the Kenyan team.

Mo Farah just took his long sleeve shirt off. 17 minutes in and now Mutai and Meb up front. There goes Mutai down a hill.

They heard the screams, mutai in front, mo takes shirt off and starts his watch.

Mutai putting in a bit of a pick up and Mo goes to the front for a second to try to slowdown the pace.
