I mean yeah, that's great and all, but who wouldn't be looking at someone passed out on the ground after a race? Mutai and Sambu are there, too.
There's no doubt Mo will leave Salazar now. He'll be confused at first on how the enemy could be so compassionate. Then he'll realize he is part of the evil empire and join the rebels.

Pretty sure the OP was being serious. Teg is comforting Farah's daughter in the picture.
They aren't consoling a young child who's father is motionless on the ground though?
No fault on them either, Teg could have been there just as his daughter was coming over.
Nice to see humanity rise above everything, even between Salazar/Schumacher athletes

Why the heck is she in the finishing area? That is for runners and officials ONLY. She does not belong in there. If she is trampled by a fast-finishing runner, Mo would sue the NYC marathon.

'whose father'
"Who's" is short for "who is" and I don't think you are asking anything about who is the father of...
Don't forget that his 3,000 and 5,000 PRs are faster than Rupp's, despite all the doping allegations for the former.

Seriously, what were you expecting Teg to do, steal the kid's lunch money and push her to the ground?

Do you mean the "latter?" If you are referring to Rupp, then Rupp is the latter.

When did Teg beat 7:30.16?
Teg's 2M pr is slightly faster than Rupp's indoor record, also 8:07.
But as the picture shows, Teg is a good guy, reassuring Farah's daughter at what must have been an awful sight for her. I still think that Teg can believe more in himself, get back out on the track where he is best, and push harder prior to the last lap. After all, he was .01 from bronze in '07 and prematurely blamed age on some small slowdowns. Then again, he'll make much more money on the roads. But he'll still rise higher in the marathon and other road races if he keeps contact with his track speed with a summer campaign.

You also have to ignore Rupp's 7:30.16 indoor 3000 time and pretend like his real PR is 7:43 which is kind of silly.

Yep, latter. And I meant two mile, not 3000.
I enjoyed Teg's interview, he is definitely the type of guy you want to root for. The real question is where's his teammate Luke Puskedra? Hadn't finished yet I guess?

This cracked me up. Is this employee # whatever or something? Totally random picture amongst the elite snaps:

We can confirm that isn't employee 1.1.
That's all we are allowed to say.
As for Teg, we got this photo in our post-race analysis:

I am not huge Teg fan (for no reason). But can you envision Rupp comforting the daughter of a fallen runner in a similar fashion? I can't - Rupp is perhaps the most selfish runner ever. I never see him giving back to the running community. I never see him helping young, aspiring runners. He is all about himself. Such selfishness. I can't stand it!
Yes, Teg is a good guy, and I don't mean to take anything away from him with the following, but I don't think anybody thinks of Mo as "Alberto's athlete" the way they think of Rupp as "Alberto's athlete." Even if Teg legitimately thinks of Alberto and Rupp as enemies (does he? I don't know. And I don't care), I have no reason to believe that any of the Schumacher guys think of Mo as an enemy, whether because of association with Alberto or otherwise.
My oblivious self didn't see him consoling Farah's daughter. My mistake

I know what you mean but I am not sure if I'm looking too much into things. I remember after his 3:50 indoor mile, Jordan Macnamara set a perfect pace through 1200m, came over to congratulate him after and it looked like Rupp totally ignored him. The first time he ever appeared to act friendly to someone after a race, who wasn't his teammate was after the US indoor 3,000m when he congratulated Bernard Lagat.
