Well I feel like my workouts don't correspond to my race times. I've already raced the mile and no I'm not like that other guy attempting to get accurate predictions so I will be posting my time.
Workout 1: 6x400 with 2min jog rest 64, 63, 63, 64, 65, 64: this was difficult
Workout 2: 4x1600 cut down with 400m jog in 2min 5:30, 5:22, 5:20, 5:15: this one was really easy.
