I ran 2x2K + 1K with two minutes recovery (running at my moderate pace - not hard, not easy).
Adding up the times, if I had rested for a couple of days and then raced or time-trialled I guess that wouldn't be too far off my 5K time.
What do you think?
What would you suggest as a better predictor?
I have been unable to race for a few months and I'd like to check on my progress.
