Lately I have had pain on the back and medial sides of my knee, and running seems to make it worse, especially if going fast. Walking feels fine.
I can typically run 6-8 miles easy and feel fine, but if I run faster or longer it hurts. Doing lightweight squats or lunges do not hurt, but squatting all the way down would be painful. Anyone here had these symptoms? What do you think it is?
It has been hurting for three weeks.
