This is pretty peculiar! Merritt seems to be actually doing something positive for the community by educating and advancing youth.
Since 2007, 15 All Americans (top 4 in state), 6 individual event state champions, and 32 scholarship transfers in the last 5 years. It might be a smallish and a best kept secret apparently to some but Merritt graduates and transfers its student-athletes! program
No need for speculation and hate people. Kemarley came in with a pedigree but with some flaws, a confidence issue and a first time away from his home country. He left as a degree achieving, confident and powerful student-athlete. His future is his now. There wasn't a more liked, humble athlete in CA .community colleges
