How long should my daily run be?
I run 8k xc in winter (Jan-Mar) and 800m-5,000m in summer (Apr-Aug).
I don't mean recovery miles, I'm talking about the solid morning miles, not pushing but running with some purpose, not dawdling along for a couple of miles on an easy day.
I've already got everything else pretty much sorted out, but for morning runs my coach has just told me 30-45 mins steady.
Any responses would be appreciated...
