I have been putting this together and trying to make something out for a while. I am going to run at least a 4:08 1500 this year. I am on the off season since we don't have an indoor track season and am on 70 mpw and plan to keep it until march(we start training in january.) I am good at speedy stuff I have a 52 400 which I only started running the 4 on occasions last track season and from the 3 800's I ever did I ran a 2:01 best but it will be better. I have a 4:18 1500 and I have a 16:20 5k(xc)how should the training be broken up from january to may with mileage and all to be sure I run a 4:08 or better.
