Theres a long (.5 mile) steep (maybe 10%) hill that I have to climb at the end of my runs that usually leads me out of breathe no matter how slow I go up it. I hate the hill but unfortantely have to go up it in order to get home. I want to open up a can of whoop a$$ on this hill and be willing to set aside a training day or two just to get good at running up it. Suggestions???
