Hi!
Im a 41 yrs old guy from Sweden going to Taos, NM for a scientific conference i January. I will be in the middle of marathon preparation and need to do a long run of 2hrs 45min. I can do it on a treadmill, but that would be slow death of boredom.
How's the situation weather wise for running in this area in january? Since I'm swedish, snow and cold is second nature to me..
Anybody in the area that is intrested to give me guided tour? I also need to do a threshold interval run during the week.
I'm a 2.50 marathoner. With the altitude factor of 7000 ft, I guess my long run will be around 8:00/mi and threshold around 6:20/mi.
