Do you masturbate while watching you run in that Liberace-type outfit and shouting "53.78!!!" when you orgasm?

I actually thought it was sortof interesting watching him run that. As you get older, running fast 400s and 800s becomes a challenge.
It is embarrassing as much as anything, though. but yeah, if he wants to impress people he should look to run a fast age adjusted 400. Even that really isn't going to impress people all that much.
although this guy is a narcisstic wacko 53.78 at that age and size is indeed impressive, although certainly not amazing.

Source or I'll never believe it. I've always heard about 170 as his weight. I know I'm bigger than him.

This guy is either one of the most brilliant trolls ever or one of the most insane people on planet earth. Either way I'm amazed.
I forget the name but not too long ago (2011?) there was a kid at the CIF California state track finals who ran 47.xx in the 400m and was 6'4/6'5 and at least 220
It's hard to believe this guy exists but he does.
I finally watched the video. It was hilarious when he tried to engage the video guy in exactly how the awesomeness was going to go down and re-capped things after.
Was the video guy( and presumably his wife) just some random people walking by who were asked to "take a picture"?
They seemed pretty angry about the whole thing.
Just run.
Just RUN
JUST RUN!
RUN!!!
What's he doing?
What's he doing?
Narcissist preens and prances on start line.
Camera guy fumes silently.
10/10! Pure genius
Dear OP,
Your new 400m PR is very respectable. However, you seem to be under the impression that the only reason world-class 400m runners are significantly faster than you is because they weigh less. This is not the case. If you dropped 40 lbs or so, I'm guessing you could scare the 50-second barrier. Possibly even break it by a smidge. But you'd still be a slow-poke compared to the pros.
hahaha this is hilarious.
hard to take this guy seriously but I think he is for real.
Hey buddy. Your time wouldn't win a decent states high school girls track meet. I ran this time in grade 9.
Also have a dec buddy who isn't even elite and at 220 lbs runs over 2 seconds faster than you with real timing!
wow. so funny how delusional people are
Another 10/10. That's the second one this month! Pretty awesome !
You can't "PR at this heavy weight" either you ran your PR or you didn't.
Why did he start in a middle lane? Was he at the right starting marker for that lane? Did he stay in the lane all the way around?
On the other hand he did get a bunch more people to watch a pre-video advertisement and make himself some more money.
I just did a bio of height and weight on places 1 through 30 on the top 30 decathletes from the 2012 london olympics...Out of those results.. None were over 210lbs.. 3 were at 209lbs... But each one of those 3 people were 6'4 or taller... Then in addition to those results, 3 other athletes were right around 203lbs,, their heights were 6'3 and above... The 24 others were all different weights ranging from 150 to 194 or so...
This kinda gets back to me saying that im only 6'0 tall.. If i was 6'4 and lifted the way that i did then i would weigh over 240lbs or more.
So getting back to what i was saying, being only 6'0 tall and 210lbs is alot of weight... And i carry it in my chest and legs... My chest is 50 in the winter time pumped at 225lbs..
Also each pound of weight really matters in the 400
Comparing me to someone at 185lbs doesnt really make any sense,, because as i previously stated if you read the info this is my fastest time since July of 1999 when i weighed 182lbs!
Comparing me to anyone around 185 , 195lbs or 200lbs doesnt really say much because its so much of a difference..
The amount of negativity from the responses is kinda funny.
Also i started this in lane 2.. Therefore of course the starting line for lane 2 is going to be up farther from the finish line..
Thats why this is my fastest at any weight since 1999... Even a difference of 10lbs for me makes a huge difference in how fast i can run...
So as of right now 53.78 is my fastest time since july of 1999....
I am running at a weight 28lbs heavier than i am used to due to powerlifting.. That was the point i was trying to make...
Also its not like i was 210 all year.. I was 225lbs to 230lbs just this past winter because all winter long i try to gain as much weight as possible.... Just this past july i finally got down to 210lbs..
I do this every year.. I gain weight in the winter and get stronger and then i lose the weight in the summer and try to set all time personal records in track...Its alot of fun
this guy is already a Letsrun legend in my book
This guy is how I imagine most LetsRunners
I implore all of you to watch this video. Another one of OPs 400m exploits. Specifically, read the description.
I have an extremely hard 4 by 200 meter workout coming up this week..
I checked the forecast,, looks like its going to be around 66 degrees..
The last time i ran this workout it was 59 to 60 and the cold really slowed me down but i still set my all time record in this workout for this weight...
My splits were 25.32
26.71
28.50
27.0
The total time for that workout was 1:47.53
But due to the cold i was thinking that it could be faster..
Its suppose to be in the low 60s again when i do this workout.. Therefore im thinking that if i can somehow improve on this workout with around the same conditions then it will make me faster in the 400 this week when i run it again.
I went out way too hard on that first 200 so i think that really helped to give me alot of lactic acid build up on the 3rd and 4th rep.. I couldnt do anything for 20mins after this workout, thats how tough it was to run this..
I want to get all of my 200s for this workout at around 26.0, so im going to go out slower on the first one and relax..
Still at 210lbs right now..
If i run all 26.0's then that will give me a 1:44 total time for this workout.. If i can lower this workout total time by 3 seconds im guessing that it will lower my 400 time by about 1 second..Ill have to see....
I did a very hard strength shoe workout last week combined with 2 very hard 200s below race pace and in addition to that i did 4 by 100 meters immediately after running 24.40 in the 200 which is my best time this summer in the 200...
This should be a fun workout.. Gotta make sure i eat enough before and after it and make sure to keep up my arms and take 10 deep breathes on each 200 to prevent lactic acid build up...
