It was very hot here in the midwest, but I ran at night when it was a bit nicer. I also lifted during the day. Despite all the water, I was dehydrated when I peed this morning. Is that too much? Am I endangering myself?

What was your weight at the start of the day versus the start of your next day? If it is about the same you might be OK.
If you lost a lot of weight you might be suffering from dehydration, despite how much you took in.
If you gained a lot of weight you might be at risk for hyponatremia.
All water isn't good. You should have had some electrolytes along with the water.
