A friend of mine has decided to start running. She's been very inactive for 10 years.
She started off running 1 mile, 3 times a week. Yes, she can run one mile in one go - it's very slow jogging from her description.
She asked me for a plan about increasing it.
Any ideas? The main thing I can think of is avoiding injury, especially with the amount of inactivity she had (desk job, drive to work, sitting down all weekend).
