Anyone ever do a long stretch of only treadmill running?
Anyone ever do a long stretch and come back immediately and run/raced well?
I am 37, haven't run in a year, have had tons of lower leg injuries and it is always hard to start from scratch healthy and build up mileage and stay healthy doing it.
If I am on a decent treadmill am I doing myself any favors since I am on a level service with no turns/twisting etc.?
