Just forget you even had the eggs and you will run 15 seconds faster than what you thought you could.
As high in cholesterol as some eggs are, the yolk is also a very noticeable source of numerous vitamins and by the sounds of it you may have been lacking them.

How many eggs and how much rest between them?
3 eggs on 2 slices of toast. The eggs were scrambled.
Need more information:
What type of eggs? Scrambled, Over-easy, Organic, Cage Free, Brown
What about size? Medium, Large, Extra Large, Jumbo
Type Of Toast? Whole Grain, Wheat, White, Cinnamon Swirl, Cinnamon Raisin, Oat Nut.
I'll say anywhere from 18:45 to 14:15
They were medium sized eggs from a local organic farm. The toast was whole grain. See my previous post for how they were served. I lightly buttered my toast too if that makes any difference.
Thanks for your help.
Whole Gain toast and Organic Eggs is easily worth a 15:25 if done at a tempo pace. Throw in some Bacon or Breakfast Sausage training and you can Knock another 30-40 Seconds off...
