Hi im entering my freshman year of college in the best shape of my life(..which isn't saying much) and I've recently tooken a fall and landed directly on my knee resulting in a bruise on my knee bone.
After doing some researched i've come to the unfortunate conclusion that these take and agonizingly long time to completely heal. Our school trainer says that running will not aggravate it, is this true? All though it is quite painful at times, if i am able to run through it, should i? Will running through it aggravate it, slow down the recovery time, or completely stall recovery?
I am asking those with experience and expertise on the subject, thanks in advance for the insightful replies
