I'm 5'5" and about 62 pounds. Generally i chew a stick of gum in the morning, smell somebody else's lunch in the afternoon, and then eat 2 or 3 raisins for dinner. When I'm not training 8 hours a day at the gym, I usually do crunches while I watch TV, read, and sleep.
Why are you doing 14 hours of pool running a week? You would probably do better with some variation. Cycling or swimming are also good workouts. Talk to your coach or get a coach.
There is know way to say how many calories you need without knowing:
1) What you are and were eating and not just how many calories.
2) What changes you made in your training.
3) If your weight is stable, increasing or decreasing.
4) If you are still growing.
You would be better of with some professional advice your diet.
