Even though this seems incredibly fast, he is still going to have to close at least a full second faster to have a chance at Worlds. It is early in the season still but unless he can get down into the 52-mid to 52-high range he will be outa luck

off of 13:20 pace, he can close in 51 high.

I really hope he didn't actually 'crap on the field' as previous posters have suggested. He should have waited until he got into the toilets.

Why should! I will let you do that since he seems to be checking in with you on weather he will run a workout or a race!! Why dont u keep us up to date on what his plans will be for the outdoor season.im pretty sure that one would include losing to 19 yr ol. You pathetic piece of garbage!
