rice is great for when you're very hungry and want to eat two thousand of something.
but not as a staple food. The only real staple food in the world is meat. Salmon especially.

Was wondering how long it would take you to show up. I am truly curious how members of the crowd you subscribe to actually put your notions into practice realistically. Do you and xfit guy go into the office everyday with a tupperware of a 20oz steak and eat it raw? You seem to deal in such extremes and throw around the words "never eat" so regularly that I wonder how you actually make your supposed diet work.
It is all hypothetical though, since you two are clearly the biggest trolls this board has recently seen.
Side note: love the Rice 'n' Beans crew.
Kraft dinner with lentils.
I can always count on it to provide me with a very satisfying bowel movement.
Homemade pizza to minimize grease and improve quality. More like bread with a little sauce and cheese.

And I'm wondering how long it will take you to use your normal LRC name.
Stake your reputation on it or you're unworthy to contend with me. How often do you see me post pseudonymously? No, I boldly and manfully own all my comments, despite all the snivelous sniping I endure from skulking sewer-vermin like you.
MAC and CHEESE for life
Sometimes chicken with mac and cheese
I basically eat mac and cheese every day...sometimes twice a day. I just love it. I have a book that has 50 different recipes for mac and cheese. Love it!!! Like OMG

Just the usual lurker that decided to branch out, a lot more people see everything posted on here than the posters you know by name (or "handle" I suppose).
Genuine question, how do you make your diet that deals in extremes work in the real world?
You're at dinner at a friend's house and all you see are vile vegetables and putrid grains in front of you... do you pull the ziplock baggy of 100% pure, grass-fed, non-antibiotic ground beef out from your pocket, place it on your plate, take a huge snort and whiff of it before diving in while your hosts enjoy the prepared meal? What do you bring for lunch to work?
Just ate a giant cookie with a bowl of chocolate ice cream. I could see this turning into a daily habit. . .
