This is also a favorite of mine. Yogurt, some type of cereal, and fruit.
Also a huge fan of Coach's Oats steel-cut oats + almond butter + any variety of add-ins.
leafy greens only. i'm a female college distance runner.
Banana
I staple bags of trail mix to the bulletin board, so that as I walk by I can just pull one down.
That's the only food I staple, though.
While numerious things are regular to my diet I make a side of mushrooms and scallions 5 or more times a week.
Inexpensive one pan pickup lends itself to varied additions and goes with almost everything.
Cooking for one chops- pork and lamb- are an easy portion control item fast in a skillet or on the grill so I tend to have 2 to 4 meals a week using them as the protein. My local supermarket has a demand for smaller size packages and often can pick up two 5-6 oz chops, perfect for two meals, right from the case. Ground chuck is a workhorse going in to sauces for rice& pasta dishes and burgers.
On reflection cheese and bread might be the more precise answer to your question. Usually bave three cheeses in the box at all times and have a killer bakery nearby.
Pizza, pizza, and more pizza
:)
I like comfort food, some southern country cookin' hits the spot every time.
Oatmeal!
oatmeal for breakfast, turkey sandwich for lunch, usually 2 chocolate pop tarts after dinner.
Corn tortillas, brown rice, beans, spinach, eggs, milk, choc milk powder mix crap, yogurt, apples, bananas, chicken, broccoli, carrots, beet juice, coffee, water, in no particular order
puzzy
Bagel sandwich with 2 eggs, bacon, and spinach. (Very Common)(Breakfast)
Sauteed leafy greens (collard greens, kale, cabbage, spinach; most of the time collard and kale) crammed into a bowl, with a plump chicken breast on top, or sometimes ground beef mixed in. (Dinner)
hummus and tortillas
Brown rice and avo-f*ckin-cados.
