If your boss is a b**** like you've said, I don't see a problem with walking out to get back at her. Maybe you could list a coworker you're on good terms with as a reference to back you up when you are applying for new jobs. At my job several have walked out and it hasn't hurt them all that much from what I've been told. Heck, people have even been allowed back the next day after walking out!
Precious Roy gives good advice. If you think there's any chance they'll ever be contacted about you or you're going to do anything but pretend you never worked there, don't leave by walking out. Once you give your notice you may feel better about the situation anyway.
First of all what is it specifically that your bish boss is accusing you of doing. Would like to hear her side of the story. Where I've worked for over 35 years the management are aholes imo but they've hired a bunch of young new hires in recent years and I cant believe what a bunch of spoiled brats they are. In the last year these new hires have been fired for stealing, swiping other employees time cards, sobotaging and damaging equipment, sleeping, etc. It's unbelievable. Society has brought up a whole generation of entitled, spoiled brats who think they can do no wrong.

Well done! First entitlement generation post!
I say you give your two week notice.
When your boss is all up in your ass I would go to my desk, type up a resignation with two week notice and hand it to her. Do not have a resignation ready to hand to her…you don't want to make it look premeditated. I would bet under most situations like this the employee is asked to leave before the 2 weeks and usually the same day and they will still owe you for that time.
I'm guessing that the OP has made a decision on this issue already, given that he posted this thread more than a year and a half ago.
good advice, but... wrote:
