Track:
-17:59 or faster for 5000m
-Maybe 37:30ish 10000m? (haven't raced it before)
-Race at conference meet
Cross Country:
-Top 7 on team
-Around 22:00 or so for 6k
-Go to Nationals as a team!
General:
-STAY HEALTHY
-Get up to consistent 70 mpw this summer
-Maybe try my hand at a sub 1:25 half marathon if the opportunity presents itself late next fall
