WHO will get the DMR in 2013
Adams will if they want to win it. Often times they don't run their best team. Mines should be solid.
Anyone out east to be scared of?
Shippensburg, returning 3:46 1500 guy Matt Gillette and 1:52 800 guy Joel Flott from last year's 3rd place team. They have good 400 guys to replace the lost 400 leg and some up and coming guys to take over the 1200 leg.
Don't forget about American International College. Biwott, Rop, Antivo, and Johnson will surely put together a solid team that can't be ignored.
with a 50.x leg......
Lowell has Omar Abdi, 4:02 transfer from Arkansas, Veiga, McDonald (3:52) and a stable of 400 guys.
Southern connecticut state university
brian nill 348 1500
logan shapre 47.3 indoor
selasi lumax 147.low indoors real good on relays
josh perry 4:03 miler
no one will be able to match their middle two legs. pery gets baton with big lead
nill ran 349 silly !
thought Lumax and Perry were done for indoors?
What happened to Lara who was coaching at So Co?
Shippensburg actually has Gillette 3:46/1:52, Tom Kehl 3:50/1:51, Joel Flott 1:52 plus 47 leg so if they improve at all they shouldn't be worse then 3rd.
Back at Adams is what I heard.
Don't know if this team has a chance to win, but Lewis should have a good shot to go to Nationals.

Alaska Anchorage added indoor for this year. I don't know if they would stack a team for the DMR or put their guys in individual events but they could be good.
