Today, before starting a 3x1600, 1x800 workout, me and some other guys were talking about who would be pacing what laps/etc.
Then one guy that wasn't doing the workout said he would pace it from the bike.
And let me tell you, the draft from the bike was awesome. Ran 4:46, 4:44, 4:42 effortlessly basically. I know it would have been more difficult to do it with only a runner to draft off of, and even harder to lead myself.
So.. is this cheating the workout? If we keep this up am I going to get too used to a bike leading the way?
