Hi everyone, I am hoping to run sub 4:10 in the 1600m, and 1:52 in the 800. I have been running 50-55mpw throughout the xc season and ran 55-65mpw during the summer for base mileage. What would/should a training plan look like for someone hoping to run those times. I was thinking about 55-60mpw for mileage.
I know these are extremely fast times and I am prepared to do what ever it takes to achieve these times
Last year off of 35-45mpw I ran
800m: 1:56
1600m: 4:20
Any and all feedback would be appreciated.
