What would be reasonable goals for the 1500, 5k, and 10k on the track coming off my freshman year of cross? I ran a 26 flat off 60-70 mpw and will be working up to 80mpw this winter. My HS track PR's won't help b/c I had mono and are no way indicative of anything (I did run 16:14 during senior year XC). McMillan always seems to lowball the hell outta potential times and I just have no idea. Any insights would be appreciated.
