Well...then Oregon went to the farm and put a bad hurt on Furd. Stunned silence was heard on the farm.
Likely the Ducks will stomp Stanfurd again.
lol
Yeah, congrats to Stanford.
They had a good plan, played excellent, and caught us at the right time.
The Ducks had their chances, and they were unable to take advantage of them due to superior Stanford play and several missed opportunities.
I thought that Chip would have a game plan expecting Stanford to take away the run. Like a lot of Duck fans I am surprised he called so many runs that resulted in 3rd down passing required. The missed field goals...were actually predictable, Oregon fans know that that kicker can't hit anything outside of 30 yards. He blew it for us last year, and now again. But, the lack of adjustments by Chip and the offense were the real nails in the coffin.
Anyone who knows college football know how brutal it is, and how college kids can make mistakes and, "Bob's your uncle" dream season over."
It is interesting to note that Oregon loses in November so often, and it is usually around mid terms / week before TG.
If you check my posts from last year and earlier in the season, you see my mentioning that if they have a trap game, or an upset, it is likely to come near mid-terms/TG.
Sure enough...
