The link posted all the SOUTH Regional results...I decide just to list the top 15 teams and top 30 individuals.
Violah Lagat could finish top 3 and be a key player in how the race unfolds on the women's side.

In the prelims.
Hollander was obviously not going all out.
Looks like Lawi Lalang decide to send a message back to Kennedy Kithuka! Lalang and Stephen Sambu had close battles this entire season; however, Lalang destroyed Sambu by over 35 seconds at Regionals.

I was at the West regional, and Hollinder was going all out. She was toast at the end. Hasay just caught her. It will be interesting to see if Hollider changes her strategy at nationals.
Hollander was definitely all-out. She doesn't not go all out. Took it out hard and had a 4 second lead on Hasay with 1k to go. Hasay looked the best she has in a long time and ran her down.
I think this shows Hollander is beatable, and I expect to see her take it out hard next week, only to have a small pack (Hasay, D'Agostino, Saina, Tuliamuk-Bolton) run her down in the last K.
You have to take in consideration that these TOP athletes (on teams that won't make NCAA) could very well be training thru regionals and plan to taper more before NCAA.
Jordan Hasay certainly surprised me by beating Laura Hollander; however, Laura could very well been running with deadlegs as her team had no chance to qualify. We will see at NCAA but one thing for sure Jordan cast aside my doubts concerning her as a individual title contender!
YWSCNLOL
So, who can get ahead of OSU? Oklahoma tied them at Regionals, but how does the racing really shake out and who did they hold out?
Here are my offical Letsrun picks....but I wish Jordan wins, but I think Betsy wins, after watching her this track season, I think she is at new level....she is the one to beat....in my opinion.

Why wouldnt Martin Hehir run?
Some potential top runners, e.g., Kroeger, do not look to be in the form of last spring, and so are more long shots. Even Abbey D'Agostino is good but not yet showing the form from spring. On the other hand, Hasay has really been improving systematically through the season. She and others that have been not quite so good (including even Saina, may show up ready to put that hard training to use. Last year there was a really big front group and it only slowly thinned at the end.
Abbey the Destroyer D'Agostino will crush everyone.
Nope, SIX!

.I am sure they (all 5) will all make it to the BIg Dance! Poor Jordan...I really thought this would be her year! I remember in her early days when she would take it out in 5:06!...but I don't think she can hang with Laura without taking the chance of blowing up and hurting the team.
