Ok so currently I run 80/90mpw average. College junior male. I do long runs of 2 hours usually around 17.5/18miles is this okay? Or overkill?

I wouldn't go over 16 miles
Is there a problem with running that much? And we are usually 9/10 in the region so odviously we arent a top dog. we are d1 though and we have national runners.
