So I'm a bored college student who thought up a formula for calculating rankings of runners so these are my predictions. Any thoughts? Granted I know that Callum Hawkins probably won't be top 15 and there may be some in the top 25 that will not get to that this year, but I feel like it's a solid list. Also I didn't add any freshman to the list. There will probably be 2 or 3 in that mix by NCAA's.
