I went into the outdoor season this year with a mile PR of4:53 from indoors. It was my first ever season of track. I then dropped down to 4:15 in the 1500 two months later and then doubled a 4:17 and 2:02 with 45 minutes rest.
I was just wondering, based off those times and recently running a 16:21 5k road race, could I potentially run sub 4:30 indoor? I've just been baffled by my odd times and have no idea what to expect for next season by looking at them. Going to be a sophomore next year.
