Was all-state in xc twice but never in track. Did I make the correct decision picking a d-2 school or should i have tried to go d-1? Those are d-2 times right?

Those times as a senior means you probably a D2 guy. but you could of walked on to a D1 school.. probably wouldnt get much attention from coach and definitly no money. D2 was a smart choice.

You for SURE can. You're not blazing fast, but you know that. As others have said, there are a bunch of bad D1 programs out there that you could run for.
You're not likely to get any scholarship money though, so if I were you I would more focus on where you want to go to college (area of the country, area study, etc.) and find out if you can run for them. Running should be second for you.
