Any idea who has signed with the Badgers for next year?

i do, i do! but i'm not telling.
they have TWO freshmen coming in. quite talented, but won't make a difference as they will most likely be outside of the top 9
If you think you know who is going then tell us, I think you wish you knew but don't have clue just like everyone else!
The only way to pretty much know is if your on the team right now. Dyestat and Milesplit don't tell us anything.
Tim Nelson from UW Stout should help them out this fall
Wisconsin seems to have a good record at producing Tim Nelsons.
Malachy Schrobligen (sp?) and Russ Sandvold last time I heard. They may have grabbed another one at some point. Malachy has run 8:57 this season.
So the top 7-9 probably looks like:
Ahmed
Connor
Darling
Nelson (with 13:57 his 5K is faster than anyone else they have)
Brill (bad XC season last fall but great spring this year)
Shields (hasn't run any track)
Brice (same as Shields)
Erschen (was running well indoors)
Finnerty? (always is injured during cross)
why do you think that tim nelson is coming to UW-Madison? Shouldn't he be serving in the Army after graduation as he is an Army-ROTC guy?

The walk-on, Van Voorhis, has run 3:52, 14:08 this spring. I think he'll have sophomore eligibility for CC in '12. He should be in the mix, especially with Hatz, Shields, Brice and Erschen being hurt. Ahmed and Connor have CC redshirt years available. Not saying they'll use it or are even thinking about it, just pointing out that they exist. If they do run CC in '12, that means that '13 will be interesting, since Finnerty and Darling will also be gone.
Josephine Adams
Why is Josefine Adams transferring from UNT?
probably because she's weird

who the heck is this walk-on?
He is an unusual walk-on. Ran for the WTC and put in better times than some of the secondary guys at the XC race. Eventually they found a way to get him on the roster.
He is from Minnesota and is probably one of those guys that matured late so his improvement rate now is better than many.
That Mikey Van Voorhis had better repeat the times he's had or else! I think the rest of my Let's Run compadres can agree that if these forums decide he's a fluke, word will certainly trickle downstream to the UW coaches and then Kablamo! that kid is toast! Put a fork in him, he's DONE, AMIRITE??
Josefine Adams? Isn't that the international grad at UNT? Why would she transfer to UW?
WTC guys should really stop posting on here.
