If I'm not doubling on consecutive days, then I almost always use clean clothes. If I'm doubling every day, then it's really easy to reuse clothes. I do it on a case-by-case basis and avoid funky clothes. It's not uncommon for me to take socks out of the hamper if I'm suddenly out of socks. Antimicrobial socks FTW.
I use socks and tops twice during winter but not summer.
I wash my shorts when I'm in the shower.
I am working from home today and I just realized that I still have my socks on from my morning run. I think I will wear them for my evening run, but normally I wash everything. Although, I really do not double often.
If it was a short 4 mile morning run, for the night run I'll use the same shorts and socks. Usually don't reuse the shirt, though.

In the summer never. In colder weather though, as long as I don't get TOO sweaty I will leave shorts and socks aside to wear in the pm
I usually change socks and shirt, but use the same shorts.
In winter, reuse everthing, multiple timess, except socks. I hate putting on used socks, even if they are clean. In summer, I might reuse shorts if I can put them on without smelling them.
I reuse panty liners.
Same shorts, I don't wear socks, and usually I run without a shirt, in the summer...so yes. In the winter I generally just throw stuff up on a line to dry, and wear it later.

especially if you didn't sweat in them the first time.
Depends. During the season, my morning run is usually just a really light 20 minute shakeout. No real need to wash anything after that.
During summer base building, my morning run is more substantial, so I'll usually wash my socks and shirt. I rinse my shorts out.
Sure, I even use the same close for a few days sometimes
