I bought this while back when Nike had it on sale. They still have it on sale on their website. This could all be its my first day running in it but I was very disappointed. I don't recall ever having a break-in period for Nike shoes so I don't expect this to get better over next several runs. The fit is not quite there. I just can't describe in words what bothers me about it. The cushioning is very firm. I've read complaints about the first LE being very firm so I stayed away but RW said LE2 was a massive improvement. It could be that I got so used to the very soft bounce of Lunarglide and Vomero. Those shoes you can sort of let the shoes do the work. With LE2, I found better feel only when I increased the speed a bit.
Anyone have any opinion on this shoes? Another thing is for a shoes with lot less cushioning, the shoes don't feel that light. You feel the ground more if one is looking for that. I just hope today's run was just a fluke.
