That is only because of idiots like you that make comments about how they peak too early every year.
Second, what does it take for the people of Letsrun to respect Andy Bayer, Helmer, and the IU cross/track teams? All they have done the past two years is show that they can finish the season out strong. Back to back 7th place finishes at cross. Last year they got 3rd, 6th, and 10th at NCAAS in the 3K steeple. I don't understand what people don't get about the IU program. Honestly, just wait for outdoor, they will show everyone, again. Andy Bayer came off injury the latter half of the cross season and isn't even in good shape yet. These races are just tune ups, the newspaper and online articles blow things way out of proportion. You will see big things out of Bayer and IU in the future, just sit back and slow your frickin roll.
