The men's teams went Willamette 46; UPS 50; CMS 54. McGrail of CMS won the race, kicking past Young of Willamette and Grabner of UPS in the last 200 or so. Grabner ended up second; MacLean was 4th. The women went Whitworth 66; CMS 67; Willamette 70 (they don't qualify, but send three individuals). Angela Jacquez of CMS won the women's race by 40+ seconds.
I was at the meet, and here are brief results that I am doing from memory:
Men - Willamette, Whitworth, and Claremontgo to nationals as teams (3 go this year from the region);Pat Mcgrail won the individual title by a few seconds over a Willamette runner.
Women - Claremont and Whitwoth goe as teams and Angie Jaquez won the individual title by a fair amount.
