just got my Brooks Flow yesterday and went for a short run. Makes you midfoot land. Deep heel and very flexible and very cushioned but this was on a short run. I like the split toe reminds me of the Nike Air Rift. Can's say anything bad about it yet.
I took a test run in all 3 and liked the Flow best. I didn't buy them but probably will in about a month. Pretty much agree with the poster above me on feel.
Shoe salesperson's at two shops tried unsuccessfully to get me into those.
I've got about 3 weeks worth of running in the Pure Cadence (the one advertised as having a bit of support). I'm still ruminating over whether I like them or not. For sure they are very comfortable; great toe box, easy to run mid/fore foot in, well cushioned. They compare favorably to Saucony's Mirage (being less benign in terms of responsiveness) which is what I believe they were targeting.
That said, I'd like another set of lace stays, and I don't think you get the same kind of support as a dual density shoe. When there are multiple equally light shoes that 1.) offer more support, and 2.) cost 20-30 dollars less its hard to justify them. I would suggest trying a pair of Brooks Racer ST's and Asics DS Racers right along side the Cadence if this shoe interests you. Both of these weigh less, offer better support (in my opinion), and are a bit more responsive than the Cadence.
