It sounds like a good way to make money if people will sign up for it. I would definitely not. The people that this would appeal to are the people that don't train consistently, so they don't need shoes unexpectedly showing up. The back of packers that do train consistently are more involved in the social aspects and go to the local stores to chat about their big race coming up, nagging injury, etc. People going through tons of shoes will just google it and buy them from where ever is cheapest.
